Should we take this chance to rename the team to “go-team”? The pkg- prefix was originally taken to be consistent with pkg-perl and pkg-python, and then kept to disambiguate the go compiler packaging team and the go application packaging team.
Given that the compiler team is a small handful of people, and the application team is quite large, I think it’s fair the application team should get the shortest name. Given salsa’s team restrictions (team must end in “-team”), I think “go-team” is both descriptive and short. Thoughts?
