Package: evolution-data-server Version: 3.8.5-3 Severity: important Hi, due to recent problems with systemd components creeping in to the gnome environment, and gnome3 3D requirements, etc, I switched to ligthdm and xfce4. However there is one gnome component I want to continue using, that is evolution as MUA. Doing so, I realized that evo does not connect to the internet for reading and writing email.
With help from the evolution-list I found the cause of the problems. Evo does not connect if gnome-keyring is not installed. Please add gnome-keyring to the dependencies for evolution-data-server.
