This bug is about documentation. Its presence is enough, whether
archived or not.
Evolution users should know that the program is currently GPL-2 only, no
matter what the copyright file says. This is explained in the stable
version though. But this information should be in the evolution package.
Original bug submitter won't be available anymore.
