Hi all! As noted by Peter Van Eynde in [0] the reason for sbcl no longer being built on !x86 arichtectures is not actually building there (I just built it on powerpc successfully last night) but rather the lack of anyone who is able to support these architectures.
sbcl does unfortunately do some quite low-level stuff so each supported platform requires deep knowledge of these. So it might be the best to have it on i386 amd64 only for squeeze and remove the other binaries (also for vcs-tree). Regards Christoph [0] http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=526967#12
