This bug was marked as fixed in version 20070905-dfsg-1. In the changelog for the current version, 1:0.8.1-dfsg-1, the previous entry is for 20070504-dfsg-1 (which doesn't seem to have been uploaded), not 20070905-dfsg-1, so the BTS does not consider it to include the fix. If it is fixed in 1:0.8.1-dfsg-1 the BTS needs to be told separately. You may also want to add the missing entry to the changelog.
