Yes, packaging that would make sense. Even more so, if there is a chance of
new upstream releases in the future.
Good. But now during freeze might be hard to get new packages accepted,
I don't think the freeze has much to do with the NEW queue. It just
means that the new packages won't be part of jessie.
And a small package like tomsfastmath with a simple license
(TomsFastMath is public domain) shouldn't have much trouble to get accepted.
