both at the same time, because systemd-shim is supposed to do nothing,
if systemd is PID 1.
Are you sure I do not need a PID file?
The sysv init script uses the PID file to track the freshclam daemon.
Under systemd, freshclam is run in foreground mode and thus systemd
doesn't need a PID file to track freshclam.
