Your /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf contains:
PrivateMirror 10
This bogus configuration was introduced by clamav 0.98.1+dfsg-3 and was
subsequently fixed by the upload of clamav 0.98.1+dfsg-4 and should have
been reset upon upgrade.
Please run 'dpkg-reconfigure clamav-freshclam' (as root) and remove the
'10', when asked for the 'Private mirror for freshclam'.
This should fix it.
