Clamav 0.98.3 has a number of significant issues with it and upstream is going 
through a short release cycle for 0.98.4 (a release candidate is already 
available).

0.98.3 is in Debian Unstable, but I don't anticipate it making it anywhere 
else. We'll wait for 0.98.4.
