I am unable to create configuration file based on debconf items. It's a copy of
/usr/share/doc/clamav-base/examples/clamd.conf.
I tried to remove all clamav packages but it does not help.
I found that there is a check in line 332 of /var/lib/dpkg/info/clamav-
base.postinst
