Ok, let me describe what I did:
• → https://picolisp.com/wiki/?home
• login
• → my account
• → Documents
• [New] → click
• [Choose file]
• (select wiki.css)
• Specify a name → wiki.css
• [Upload directly] → click
And nothing visible happens...
