Installing Pilbox on arm 32

Hi,
I have tried to installed Pilbox on my old cell (Android 5.1) and a new
cheap tablet (Android 9), and I get the same result. I get a screen saying
it is installing then a message saying 'App not installed'. I don't have a
laptop with adb, I'm on vacation.
