We are aware of this problem, and from the beginning we always had two
alternating times, one at 8 and one at 16 UTC.

The weekday changed several times. But finally we settled on this simple rule:

   — Meet twice per month
   — An early time (8:00 UTC) at the 10h
   — A late one (16:00 UTC) at the 20th

This avoids a fixed weekday, as there are always people who are not free on
certain days.

For completeness: We use Jitsi, on benereth's server at

It is useful to have an SSH client ready for direct Tmux access.

☺/ A!ex
