Happy Easter. Today i fetched Pil21, unpacked and called make. The resulting Errormessage gave the used version of llvm* as 6.0., this is the default installed version on Mint. After throwing out default install (-6.0), install of version 9 and some tidying up, calling make resulted in a working picolisp 21.
