Stuck on function 'expDat' on PLEAC

Hi,

working on "Parsing Dates and Times from Strings" here
http://pleac.sourceforge.net/pleac_picolisp/datesandtimes.html I find that
(at least under Windows WSL) the function 'expDat' does not seem to work as
expected.

My results:
   : (expDat "31")
   -> NIL

Is this a Windows only issue?
