Not sure what is going on. I uninstalled the entire php, and reinstall it using FastCGI mode after restart. Now, I open up the hello world script from the browser, and I get this: Error Summary HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error C:\PHP\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly I wonder what mode I should use, I use Windows 7, and IIS 7.
