I was wondering if anyone has encountered a problem on Windows Server 2003 Standard with SP1 and IIS 6.0. PHP 5.0.4 installs fine but trying to load any external modules causes Windows message "PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\program files\php\ext\php_mysqli.dll' - access denied" and CGI timeout. The page I am requesting contains: <?php phpinfo(); ?>
