Is there a reason why the default binary distribution does not have this enabled?
I would assume that a lot of people that are using php on windows use it as a dev.-environment. The ability to use track memory usage of scripts would be very helpful, for example in combination with Xdebug. Is there a trusted source where I can get current php-binaries that are compiled with --enable-memory-limit?
