Has anyone managed to get a file from a local HDD to a web server without a multipart form etc. Using PHP not a ftp program or anything like that. I'm trying to get the php ftp commands to do it but no luck. Don't need a form or anythign like that. I know the file on my hard disk etc dont need or want to have to browse to get to it.
