How can I query the windows system for the Time Zone that particular machine is sitting on?
Also, I would like to know if Daylight Savings Time is in effect on that
machine as well.
Can any one help?

BTW: I've looked at PEAR:Date:TimeZone::getDefault()
It thinks I'm in Bangladesh, not America/Central like my Windows time
dialog says I am.
