Windows 2000 Professional (I'm assuming this is what you meant by workstation version) can have IIS installed, as well. You can follow the instructions supplied with PHP on how to set up IIS. It really just involves careful placement of the php.ini file and setting up the site to parse PHP files. It's all in the documentation - but as far as Win2k goes, IIS is there and ready to use (you may have to install it from the disc if you did just a default installation).
