Derick, The computer that you are trying to access must have an internet ip to hit it remotely. Usually these types of things whether you are using a proxy server, firewall, or router they tend to have it set up so that it is using ip masquerade so that you will not be able to access it from outside unless you change the machine that the server is on. Unless someone else may know a way...
