Yes, I would also say that this is true. How would you answer these questions? 1) Have you created a MySQL user with the user name pingstkyrkan_ne, which is allowed to connect from 127.0.0.1? 2) Does it work to connect with another username/password (such as the root user)? My suggestion: install phpMyAdmin. It will make your life a whole lot easier. Take a look at http://www.phpmyadmin.net.
