I set up the mssql extension. I process a page from the command line (php d:\websites\istatus\DispatchNav.php) and it reads from the SQL Server and processes normally. If I try the page from a browser, I get 'call to undefined function: mssql_connect()'. I have restarted IIS, and that did not help.
