I'm trying to dynamically generate PDFs using an FDF form, a SQL database and PHP along with activePDF Toolkit. I basically have created an FDF form using Acrobat and I need to auto populate the form and save a PDF from the resulting data merge. Does anyone have any samples of how to do this using PHP? I'm on a very tight deadline so any help will be greatly appreciated.
