This is a PHP helplist. You are not supposed to send in questions unless it is your website and/or PHP related. The page loads fine for me and I am on Windows XP with SP1 installed. I suggest you check your browser/firewall settings, as it is known that some firewalls can cause issues with websites. I'm not quite sure why, but it is a bug someone else managed to replicate. I think it was due to an error in a comment string
