Only possible with javascript as far as I now wherein you do the calcs or validation at the browser end. Other possibility is a java applet but PHP being server side does not have any inherent ability beyond ordinary html at the users end. nothing to stop you using php to generate the aforementioned javascript based on who the user is or he she wants though.
