I'm running Apache 1.3.26 and PHP 4.2.3 under Win98 and am getting this message in the console window:

Everything seems to work fine, but I'm curious where it's getting loaded twice. If I comment out any lines referring to php4_module, it doesn't work. Plus why is it telling me it's running 4.2.2?
