I'm trying to figure out the rules that PHP uses when looking for a php.ini file. In what exact order does it check what specific places. I've got numerous php.ini files sitting outside my "PHP" setup and when Apache is launched it's picking up one that doesn't seem to be in the "path" that I would expect PHP to look.
