[PHP-WIN] error from PHP...any ideas?

IIS 5, Win2K, Running as ISAPI, HTTPS, PHP 4.2
 
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01152A55
 
Any ideas how to deal with this? I got this on my development server.
Should I just use PHP as a CGI instead of ISAPI?
