This is a recurring issue. My question to you is: Are you using the correct
extenstion versions for your version of PHP? If you are using extensions
from an old version of PHP, they won't work.

If you are using extensions that came with the version of PHP you installed,
well, then maybe something else is happening. What version of PHP are you
running? And, which download did you select? The installer? Or the zip of
everything including extensions?

Hope you get it fixed. I've had the problem a few times before in the past
and it is usually mismatching extension versions to php.

Good Luck!
