I have put a csv out side my web directory for security issues. I wanted to mail it as an attachment. What is strange is that with Internet Guest permissions on the csv, I am able to write to the file just fine. But i get an error when i try to read it with PHP to send as an attachment. If I move it down into the webdirectory I can read it but I don't want it in the web because I don't want people to browse to it. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? Win 2000 with 4.0.6 php. Thanks!
