well, so anyone has a solution, except downgrading to 4.1.2 ? what i can say is, that it's definitately the 4.2, not the mdac version, because thats what i tried, 4.1.2 even runs fine with the latest mdac vesion (2.7). i'm on win2k prof and apache 2.0 if this helps anyway. thanks: lars
