I got a similar problem. Apahce2 says it can't find the module, even though it is really there!
The error: Syntax error on line 947 of D:/programmer/Apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load D:/programmer/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server: The specified module could not be found.
