I got the same problem today. I upgraded my php 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 a couple days ago. But the error message come out today and only one of several apps. on my server! I don't use the folder c:\php4. But it seems that some setting changed the include dir? How can this occur! There's no explanation in my mind.
