The easiest way of doing this (asuming you are using IIS) is to set the
securitysettings for the website and just allow those domainaccounts you
want.
Properties > Directory Security
Uncheck Anonymous access.

Set userrights at the directory you are using as wwwroot.
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\my_domain\
Properties > Security > Add...
