I have my own compile available at www.caraveo.com/fastcgi/php.zip No, it's not anything to do with fastcgi, I just threw it there as it was a handy location. It's not realy tested out, other than patches for security fixes are included. It doesn't include any additional modules, though the 4.1.1 modules should work with it.
