Mike: You are right and you are wrong ;) It depends on the way that you are using php, if it's on a web site you are right, but you can also use php as a standalone application, that way you can use it, as you would use - God forbides - VB. And with the PHP COM connection, you can probably find an object that will resize the browser's window. A+ Alain
