I am trying to compile PHP on windows for version 4.1.2 ... but I am getting a strange error that I have no idea how to solve. I am using Visual C++ 6 on a windows xp machine. The error I am getting is:
SOMEFILENAME(line) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'arpa/inet.h': No such file or directory I am getting this error 16 times during the compile, and I can't even find a directory named arpa.
