Actually first off, there is a sendmail version for Windows. I use it and works fine.. on the other hand.. if you are using WINDOWS Server (NT or 2000) for server you can use localhost works great.. Of course you need to have the IIS running....
For a copy of Sendmail for windows visit http://www.dynamicstate.com I believe is the URL... if not check out the download.com's http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-3356723-100-1751765.html?tag=st.dl.1000 1-103-1.lst-7-2.1751765 there you will find it.. (Searched download.com for "SendMail" - in WINDOWS). You may also want to check out Blat.. it is also very well used under Windows.
