This might be a basic questions (I don't know) and it's actually about apache and not php but I'm not afraid to make an ass out of myself so here goes nothing (but if you think I'm out of line please stop reading here).
How does one create accounts under apache and change permissions to files. It just struck me that since I've only been working locally I've only been using the Win Explorer to upload and update files on the server.
