I read that you can't send BCC mail on a win32 server with PHP. Is that true? and if so, is there some sort of work-around or a 3rd party add-on that will allow this? I am running a Win2K server with PHP4, and IIS 5.0 and i'm creating a site that needs to allow admins, to send identical emails to multiple clients and BCC is the only way I know of.
