[PHP-WIN] How to compile PHP with cygwin?

Hi

I wonder if anyone have managed to compile PHP with cygwin. I get
several errors when doing this.

I also wonder if I intend to make a dll to extend PHP for windows,
should I then compile PHP with cygwin or with  MS Visual C++?
