[PHP-WIN] Problem with php 4.0.6 extensions

Hello,

System:
Win 98
PWS 4.0
PHP4.0.6
i have a problem with my php 4.0.6. Whenever i try to load a extensions extend i get 
the error < metabase Error = 1722> from pws. It doesn´t matter which extensions.
What can i do ?
