Can anyone tell me under what circumstances this is set? As far as I can tell it only gets set on clicking an A tag from a referring page, but shouldn't it also get set if I POST a form from the referring page? In my tests this doesn't happen. I'm tried using PHP 4.05 / 4.06 on Win2K CGI version.
