Hi We are looking for beta testers of our soon-to-be released program, "Serlient" that allows for client-side execution of PHP without a separate web-server. This essentially allows all PHP developers to develop software for Windows.
You can download the first release candidate from our website at http://www.triplehash.com. The Professional Edition is the one with PHP support.
