Well, I do have Dreamweaver and I found an extension called "PD Online HTML Editor" which is the only one that I found when doing a search for HTML Editor as you suggested...
What I am having a problem is with how does it get inserted into the document and how the hell does this thing work.... The instructions are HORRIBLE and vague. Plus, I get script errors flying all over the place when trying it out on my Apache server. Where are all the images for this GUI? Yep...here's what you need to do...if you have dreamweaver...dreamweaver has a free download extension called HTML EDitor that is purely in javascript and HTML but saves to a textarea field called "editor" (or soemthing like that) which we all know is manipulatable by php. It is awesome and free. Once you apply it to dreamweaver..all you have to do is say insert, html editor, and it inserts all you need. Be warned...the editor will only work with IE5+ since it needs iframes.But that's how a lot of editors work. Angie P.S.
