[PHP-WIN] Canīt get ImageTTFBBox to work

I get an error :: Could not find/open font . My the font is locating at the
same dir as the file/string that call it:

ImageTTFBBox($ttf_size,0,'DRAGONW.ttf',$show_txt);

Is the setup of php wrong or what???

If you can help me i bee happy
