Hi Ronald
I suggest you to define the line
ScriptAlias /php/ "e:/internet/homepage/blank/php/"
as an alias, ( Alias /php/ "e:/internet/homepage/blank/php/" )
and then define a new scriptalias for php.exe.
I.e.
ScriptAlias /phpexe/ "c:/php/"
Action application/x-httpd-php "/phpexe/php.exe"
