Go into the Services :List
Double click on the World Wide Web Publishing Service
Click the "Log On" Tab
Click on the DOT for "This account."
clcik on Browse
Find a user id that has permissions to access the share.
Fill in the password for that user.
Hit OK and restart the service.
Try it again.
